The beach and lake access is shared with the Edelweiss Community. WE ARE LOCAL - Just let us know what you need Our home is located in the Edelweiss Community WATER ACCESS: Pea Porridge Pond - A short walk away! Take a left at the end of the driveway, the first left onto Bergamo Road, and a left onto Porridge Shore Drive. There will be a small path down to the water. Great views and a small entry onto the water for kayaks and paddle boards, but it’s not a big beach for activities. Middle Pea Porridge Pond and Little Pea Porridge pond both have beach access off of Eidelweiss Drive. Walking from the house would take about 20 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. These are both great spots to lounge on the beach and play in the water. Silver Lake is a 10 minute drive away. Nichols Beach is a popular spot, but it has several beaches. It’s great for swimming, boating, and fishing. Chocorua Lake is a 20 minute drive away. This lake offers stunning views of Mount Chocorua and is a great spot for paddling and enjoying nature. Conway lake is about a 25 minute drive. This lake is another option for boating, fishing, and relaxing by the water. Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 9pm-9am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors - No Fireworks
