Not a very good hotel.
There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. For reference, we stayed in 4 additional hotels.
They request you leave your key when you go out of the hotel but they leave it where anyone could pick it up, not behind a desk. Did not feel secure so I denied the request to leave it.

Great hotel for family and friends. Very hospitable and incredibly service-minded family running the hotel. The hotel is also close to restaurants and the slopes. So all in all a very comfortable and good hotel experience.

Ideally situated as it is close to all amenities . Clean and run by a nice family indeed. Good breakfast and clean rooms . Claudia the daughter is very helpful and speaks fluent English. This was my second time at this hotel and I do not hesitate to recommend to other ski lovers to stay in Hotel Zeni . Thank you family Zeni I shall return next year definitely.

Very nice, cozy and clean family hotel. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and what I think is the most important in Alps is that the hotel has an excellent location. Free parking is also an important detail. You might need reservations for dinners and staff was helping with that also.

Abbandonare questo hotel dopo tre giorni di soggiorno è stata dura! Letto in memory, camera pulitissima, con balcone affacciato sulle montagne, hotel molto silenzioso, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni informazione, colazione molto buona e varia, sia per il dolce che per il salato. Posizione centrale e parcheggio gratuito a disposizione. Consigliatissimo!

E' il terzo anno che torniamo a Madonna di Campiglio sempre presso hotel Zeni! S posizione eccellente camera confortevole con balcone e affaccio sulle piste . Comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi la cabinovia Pradalago. Urbano e Bianca e la loro figlia Claudia sono più che disponibili per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Soggiornare presso l hotel Zeni e' come stare a casa ! Sono una garanzia !!! Grazie

Buonasera! Appena tornato da Madonna di Campiglio, ho avuto piacere di essere ospite una settimana nella struttura di grande famiglia Zeni! Location molto bella vicino alla cabinovia Pradalago, direttamente si può arrivare con i scarponi da sci. Per me vale tutte le stelle, io personalmente li darei anche quattro stelle. Ho prenotato grazie alla Signora Claudia una camera singola, che e molto moderna, letto e una piazza e mezzo, bagno nuovo, camera molto silenziosa, con vista montagna. Vicino loro hotel ci sono tanti ristoranti, farmacie, supermercati, bar e negozi per sciare. Colazione molto ricca e abbondante con scelta di dolce ho salato. Papà dalla Signora Claudia mie stato di grande aiuto per trovare tutte le piste da sci che si collegano con la cabinovia Pradalago, Fortini e Groste. Vicino entrata del hotel trovate una stanza riscaldata dove potete lasciare i sci e scarponi per asciugare. Sono molto contento dalla mia esperienza nella loro struttura e tornerò volentieri in futuro perché mi sono trovato molto bene. Grazie mille alla Signora Claudia e sua famiglia. ❤️
