For the price of the room ( around 140 Euros or 7 nights), I was very satisfied. It is a family run hotel and all the staff were very helpful and some speak good English. There is no lift system but however, the stairs are wide and there are only a few floors. The free Wifi connection is good and there is a bar/ restaurant which is not expensive. The Metro is several minutes walk away and easy to find.

The first two nights we were good, but the third, nothing more to get to the hotel after dinner, the lift doors open and the smoke corridor, we entered the room and the same, We're going to bed and you hear two people in the next room speaking very high and a smoke in our ugly room. We called the reception and we told the girl that she was working at that time what happened and that she would go up to smell to realize the pest she had. He followed the tuff and later to 4:00 a.m. the morning followed the voices and blows! The next morning, we told the person at reception, check out, look at his computer and tell us that he didn't point anything to his fellow, and that you know the man who was in the room and missed him, made us feel fatal, It seemed to be that we had invented it and did not ask us for excuse, regrettable.

The plus New building, close to the Oporto metro station (500m), room well equiped (specially big smarttv), communication with the staff (via whatsapp), easy to check-in. free parking on the street outside (before 17h there's plenty spaces), good wifi. Bakery very close, perfect for breakfasts. The minus: Ground floor studio should be avoided. Small sized room, the windows give you no privacy even with the shades down (people could sneak between them) and don't cancelate the noise properly. No daily cleaning (6 days stay) unless you pay a 25€/service. Shower leaking, safe not working and iron not in the room even though the empty box was in the closet (it was asked - via whatsapp - and delivered days after). Kitchenware not properly cleaned and lack of some amenities. Never seen anyone on reception desk and the fire alarm went off 2 nights (another guests smoking in the room) and it took a long time until someone shut it down. One of the night the firefighters knocked on my door and asked me some questions about the occurrence. Neighbourhood not that nice (some bars and dirty streets in the morning) and far from the city center.

Highly recommended for you to stay in the Madrid as the place provides you with the best possible experience and good accommodation to stay. Good access to the city centre and the public transport system is great. Near to the restaurants and the convenience stores. The hospitality is amazing and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. We was amazed at how well the staff assisted us and considered our requests for better experiences. The WiFi connection was very good and the cleanliness was excellent. The air mattress is not a problem as we have had a great sleep every night and this place is very comfortable and affordable for your money. Thanks 🙏

I booked this property mostly due to the access to the pool. Much to my dismay on check-in, I was told that the pool only opened from June 1 - Sept 30. This wasn't stated on the 3rd party site. The mattress was rock hard! For the first time in my life I had to place a pillow under my hips in the middle of my first night as the surface was too painful. Aside from that, the rooms are large, clean and the hotel is well-maintained. The fitness room was also well-appointed. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, mostly residential.
