Great location walkable to many restaurants/convenience stores/attractions. Great value for money. Hospitable host and very responsive. We mentioned that the room was cold and even though we did not pay for the $10 for the heater control, the host gave us a portable heater to use for our stay there. Host was responsive in helping us make payment because there was an issue with our initial payment.
Room unfortunately smelled of cigarettes.

A lot of noise outside and inside the hotel at night. Just one towel and they don't have hand and face towels in the bathrooms. And don't give you a extra covertor because is cold.
Mucho ruido afuera y adentro durante la noche. Solo te dan una toalla. Y no hay toalla en los baños para las manos y cara. Y no te dan un cobertor extra para el frío.

Worst hotel ever! Bedbugs and insects in the room! It cost me over 60 Euros for medicine they refused to pay back to me and claim That they only can give me another room! After one hour I left the hotel. Personal claim that im the one brought the bugs in the room! Very dangerous hotel! They refuse to pay back and told me go fu”k yourself! Worst experience ever! I could se the white powder on the wall proving that they know they have bed bugs and insects and they are trying to kill them!

Don’t stay there! This so called hotel is the worst one I’ve ever been in. It’s smelly and sticky. It has cockroaches and other insects in its rooms. The rooms are not clean and you get dirty sheets in bed. The rooms at the basement has no open windows. You get no shampoo and no hairdryer or other things you need when you travel.

The hotel does what it says on the tin. No upmarket frills but as a bed with amenities it fits the bill perfectly. Handy for metro and supermarket. The only issue I had was that the noise can be a problem. People outside chatting and other guests coming and going quite noisily. What do you expect tho. Middle of a city.

NO CONTRATEN. UN HORROR. ES UN TIMO. En la web ofrecen aire acondicionado y no lo tiene funcionando, y Wifi en las habitaciones y se interrumpe permanentemente y cuando funciona lo hace a muy baja velocidad, en suma inservible. Ofrece servicio de habitación diario y solo prestan un servicio infame cada dos días que consiste en cambiar las toallas y tender la cama, ni siquiera barren la habitación. Y la habitación esta amueblada con muebles de segunda mano grandes y amontonados que impiden tener mesa de luz y dejan un pasillo de 20 ctms para acost****. Hay que caminar en puntillas y de lado para acost**** y levant****. Habitaciones sin armario, sucias e incomodas.

Way too expensive for the type of place. We were on a non-smoking room and the smell of cigarette was all over the room. You can hear the noice from the street so we couldnt rest well.
