Please AVOID THIS HOSTEL!!! Bed Bugs are found on the bed, the hostel only changed my bed but did not do any refund.

The shared bathrooms are separate for men and women, and they are kept very clean by staff since there are many of them. There are unlabeled toiletries available, one hairdryer, and fixed showerheads. The top bunk is far from the ceiling, so you won't hit your head. Luggage storage and laundry services incur extra charges. Upon check-in, you receive a key card and a locker key. A 5 Euro deposit is required and will be returned upon check-out.

The location is fantastic, everything is within a 20-minute walk. Up the street you'll find the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol, as well as Plaza Mayor. Down the street are Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, and other museums.

My flight gt overbooked and couldn't make it on the day, I tried contacting them via email, call, messages, they didn't reply anything at all. I have to rebook it when I arrived later. Such a waste
