Great location within 2 minutes walk from the Tribunal metro station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room is spacious with ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. There is a Supermarket nearby which is very handy. The hotel is also very close to the shopping street with shops and restaurants. The hotel could improve on its bathroom ventilation as there are no ventilators, also there was no bath curtain and the shield did not cover enough to stop the water from splashing out during showers. The Netflix and Utube also didn't function during my stay.

This Hotel was amazing, beautiful little reception with extremely friendly staff, lounge up the stairs from the reception was a lovely cody seating area with free water, books, games and nice comfy chairs, they also went to the effort of adding valentines baloons because it was valentine’s day, our room was beautiful and came with a generous complimentary gift, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

The location is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was like a studio apartment with most of the things we may need there. They even had welcome gifts like wine, snacks etc.

The location is excellent – very convenient to get around and close to many tourist attractions. It's easy to access public transportation, and everything you need is nearby. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
