The hotel is newly built, it’s nearly the airport with hotel shuttle service. Good option if you need to arrive airport in the early morning. Lobby cafe opens 24/7.

The hotel near T4 airport and have bus pick up from hotel to airport and airport to hotel. Room clean and outside (in front of lobby) with nice area for drink and eat. Nice restaurant with hamburger, beer and chips.

I requested an early check-in when booking the hotel. The hotel did not respond to the message at all. Airport pickup doesn't run all day on weekends, which is not clear before booking. However, when checking in, on seeing how tired I was, the staff member at the front desk voided the fee for an early check-in which was nice. Room don't really have a closet, nor do they have a kettle, coffee machine or teapot as stated in the amenities. Which was very disappointing after a long flight. Room does not come with free water, nor did it have hand soap.

Very convenient for staying before an early flight. The shuttle bus was convenient. The room was comfortable. I would recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the room is so clean. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They also offer free transportation from Airport to hotel and vice versa just need to check with them the timing of the shuttle bus.

Clean and comfy rooms, but the service was terrible. They were unfriendly and not accommodating. Also, it is not close to the airport and the area it is in is being built up.

For me the hotel is perfect. 10 minutes away from the airport, rooms are clean and functional, Staff is helpfull and the swimmingpool is a nice relief. The airport shuttle service was perfect and on time. The bar and restaurant are relaxing. Supermarkt on a few minutes walk and with Uber you reach in a few minutes a shopping mall, even when you want to visit the center of Madrid its easy to do.
