Urban Hive Madrid

Clean, warm, and incredibly friendly! I had dinner late at night after not eating all day, and despite it being past closing time, the F&B staff were cheerful, kind, and attentive without showing any sign of displeasure. I felt so apologetic yet grateful (especially to the male staff member!). I should have tipped more. The food and dessert they recommended were so delicious, even though I was too full to finish them. The water dispenser in the hallway was a thoughtful touch that I hadn't seen before in my European travels. The water was very cold and clean. The housekeepers and reception staff were all very nice too! 🥰 The location is great and it's quiet, making it my number one choice for a return visit whenever possible!

The room is quite spacious and the location is very convenient, within walking distance of the attractions. Compared to the other two hotels on our trip to Spain, the breakfast was a bit limited, but there is an affordable supermarket right across the street, which makes it very convenient to buy water and supplies.

I loved it! It's near Gran Vía, so it's in the best area. The room was nice, very comfortable, and clean. The terrace has beautiful views.

Great location, within walking distance to Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and spacious, even equipped with a yoga mat and small dumbbells. There's a rooftop pool open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Seriously a really great hotel! The location is superb for a city trip, everything is within walking distance. The staff also get a solid 10/10! They genuinely go out of their way to make guests happy. Attentive and very professional. Breakfast is good, and they have an inner garden where you can sit outside comfortably. Rooftop pool with an amazing view over Madrid and the palace. The room was super clean with fantastic beds and various types of pillows.

The hotel's location is great, and the room is also very spacious. It's super convenient!

Perfect hotel! It's new, very spacious and beautiful. The rooftop pool is also huge and has two levels. I was the only one there when I visited, which was amazing! The hotel front desk staff are also very friendly. It's right in the city center.
