Only a night in between flights but super nice team and the kids loved it !

Everything ok

I stayed for four days, and to my surprise, the hotel room didn't have any ceramic or glass cups, only two paper cups. After making coffee, I had to wash them to make tea in the afternoon. The cleaning lady didn't speak basic English. When I told her we were out of lotion, she didn't understand and pointed to a large bottle of lotion on the toilet wall that was completely empty. It turned out she hadn't added any lotion; there was just a large bottle of something else—not lotion, but shampoo. So unprofessional, I was quite disappointed.

Having stayed in so many hotels, I really think Novotel is great. The rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfast is delicious, and check-in and check-out are very quick. Next to the hotel is a huge park with dozens of play facilities for children, perfect for bringing kids. It's very close to the airport, and many airline staff stay here. Great value for money!

I stayed at the Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones with my family and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism, making us feel immediately at home. The hotel is located in a quiet and modern area, just steps from the IFEMA trade fair and very close to the metro station (Line 8), which provides quick access to both the airport and the center of Madrid. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with comfortable beds. The modern design and excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. It's the ideal choice for both business travelers and those, like us, who want to visit the city from a comfortable and welcoming base. Thank you and see you soon!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in a family room at the Novotel Campo de las Naciones in Madrid and the experience was very satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was varied and high-quality, with a wide selection of fruits, dairy products, juices, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes. Excellent service to start the day off right. The daily room cleaning was thorough and consistent, and the Rituals hygiene products provided added comfort and distinction. The facilities are modern and functional: a 24-hour gym, an outdoor pool open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., which the children thoroughly enjoyed, and convenient and secure parking, ideal for those traveling by car. In short, a hotel that combines a strategic location, quality services, and attentive service, perfect for both families and business travelers. I highly recommend it and I intend to return.

The hotel's location near Madrid Airport is just one or two metro stops away from the various terminals, making it convenient for our early flight to Lisbon. The hotel's design and hotel-style rooms have a very holiday-like feel, which was delightful.

Very good service from all the staff and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Not having a car, I had to go to the nearest convenience store, which happened to be a very expensive gas station. In terms of service, the drink dispenser was out of service. My children were thirsty, and they were offered to go to the famous gas station. A bar that didn't serve much after the out-of-service dispenser. Speaking of convenience, the hotel offers a non-existent service for transportation to the hotel. They don't offer this service, which is advertised on their website. Very disappointed with the hotel, I do not recommend it.

The room is of a good size and relatively quiet at night. The breakfast is rich, with many choices and fresh ingredients. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, just a few steps away after getting off the subway, suitable for overnight transfer in Madrid
