Pluses: very central location and friendly staff.
Minus: bad soundproofing inside the hotel-could hear anyone walking passed, neighbours from both sides showering, etc

Very good Hostel in the heart of Gran Vía and next to C/ Arenal. They treated us very well at reception and it is also very well renovated. They kept our bags for us while we were sightseeing. It is a success. We will be back.

In general it is fine. Very good location. Clean and very nice staff. At this time of year it was already very hot. Our room had an air conditioner that stopped working every now and then. We said it constantly and they didn't solve the problem. In short, we leave with “we will not stay there again”

Good location. Near the metro, walk along the Gran Via. Clean towels and sheets. There is always something to improve like a slightly more decorated bedspread to make it more cozy.

For a hostel, both the room and the bathroom are very good, a little small but good and the best thing is the location and the day we left they kept our suitcases at reception until the afternoon
