The cleanliness was superb, and the location was perfect for our needs. However, the self check-in system was an absolute disaster. It took us an hour to finally get in. The system kept rejecting our reservation number, and we had to try countless times. We tried calling for assistance, but we were put on hold and couldn't speak to anyone. They really need to improve this aspect.

Most stupid system i’ve experienced while extending my stay because of sudden ticket change, i asked their cs and they said you can book online and we will extend and you can check in again at 1 pm after i booked they give me new rule that if you want to check in at 1 pm you have to pay extra 15 euro. who the hell have such policies if someone is extending their stay. Also they made it mandatory to link your credit card otherwise you cannot stay at the place and cancelation is non refundable

A terrible experience. First, they didn't have our reservation, and after an hour of complaining, we were finally allowed in and assigned a room with other people. It was a truly unfortunate experience, and their response time was appalling.

The rooms were terrible, tiny even though I requested a double room. There was nowhere to hang my jacket. The shared bathroom was like a room in a shared apartment; there was no privacy, and it was full of cameras, even in the hallway leading to the bathroom. I consider it awful.

The room was decent and clean. The only downside was that there were people staying at the hotel who wouldn't shut up at 2:30 a.m. The air conditioning worked very well, and everything was fine.
