Located near Puerta del Sol, this hotel is right in the heart of the bustling city center. The building has a lot of history, and once you push open the heavy wooden door, you'll find a clean, simple white room layout. The room even has a small balcony where you can watch the lively street below. The location is absolutely unbeatable!

It’s fine

As ther location is perfect in the centre of town, first time in Madrid and room is in the city of hearts.

The location is fantastic, right next to Puerta del Sol. And everything is nearby. The rooms are tiny, and I would recommend adding a kettle for making hot drinks. There's an elevator, which is important.

The room was clean but the soundproofing wasn't great. The bathroom was small but adequate.

The location was excellent, and the quadruple room with a street view was lovely. I'm sorry they don't offer early check-in or luggage storage. They do have lockers available for a fee until your room is vacated. Everything else was perfect!

Very downtown, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is an elevator. It is not very convenient to get in and out. You need to ring the doorbell. The room is small and has few facilities, but this is probably the case in such an expensive city center.

The place was very well-cleaned. The building itself is old, but it's cutely constructed and has solid security. It's near a busy area, so it was noisy outside on Friday nights until the early hours of the morning. I was a little put off by the fact that the only trash can in the room was in the bathroom and there was no refrigerator.

The hotel is located near Puerta del Sol, a downtown area in Madrid. It is very convenient for shopping, but it is a little hard to find. I went to the wrong places several times before I finally found it. The bar street is near the downstairs, and it is very close to the "Grandpa's House" restaurant. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Royal Palace of Madrid. The hotel facilities are a little old, some sockets have no electricity, and the shower head is not working properly, but it is generally good.
