I asked for a double bed and they gave me twins. Too small for me. They asked for an email at reception, I declined to give them my email and they said it was mandatory in the system. I turned around and saw many Chinese guests and said “do you ask them for the email too?” Since Chinese people do not use email back home.

10/10 service. The hotel was beautiful and had a really good location.

Our entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, and the public areas were tidy and well-maintained. The room had no strange smells and was very clean, with a spotless bathroom and always hot water available. The staff were friendly and efficient, always addressing our needs promptly and effectively. The hotel is also conveniently located near major attractions. Overall, a perfect experience!

The location was great, and staff are really helpful

The room is large, with a desk where you can work and two beds, one a double bed and the other a sofa bed (fold-out sofa). It was old and had a dented mattress. The breakfast was average; there was nothing to offer a two-year-old child except an omelet and fruit. Otherwise, everything was fine. The room easily accommodated two adults and two children.

The location is excellent; the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. It takes less than 30 minutes by subway to reach attractions in the city center, and about 30 minutes by subway to reach the airport.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, located in a residential area with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Noemi at the front desk was particularly helpful, communicating proactively and resolving any issues. The breakfast was also good; eggs are ordered separately. The breakfast area was spacious, and there was a usher to the table. The only downsides were the lack of slippers and tissues in the room, which was somewhat inconvenient. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel to the airport, making travel very convenient.

The room was perfect for two people. Similar to Atour hotels in China, the location is excellent; bus 9 is right outside the door, providing direct access to major attractions. Visa cards can be used directly.

Advantages: The room was spacious enough with two large windows that could be opened, offering a view of the courtyard. One double bed and one single bed were cleaned daily. There was a two-story supermarket a minute's walk away, and parking spaces in the back alley were available (paid during the day, free at night), so there was no need to park in the hotel's paid underground parking lot. The breakfast was quite substantial, and à la carte options were also available. Disadvantages were also significant. To conserve water, the hotel didn't proactively provide aquarium stoppers. On the day I checked in, I had blisters on my feet. I asked a staff member for a foot soak, but they didn't speak English and gave me a stopper that didn't fit my aquarium. I limped back to the front desk, only to be told that he was the only one there and everyone else had gone home. They told me to come back the next day, but I insisted. They eventually brought me a stopper, but that wasn't all. Later, I noticed the hot water in my room was very cold. I endured it all night, and when I went to the front desk the next day, they weren't surprised at all. Then, on the day we checked out, I told them I was staying for four nights, and the water temperature in my room was noticeably warmer that night. I think this was part of a water-saving measure. Secondly, I specified my preferences on the platform when booking: I wanted two single beds and one sofa bed. I arrived early in the morning, but couldn't check in. I emphasized this again, requesting afternoon check-in. Again, I only got one double bed; the sofa bed wasn't made. I had to go downstairs to find one, making several trips back and forth. The mattress was thick, but extremely soft. It was higher at both ends and lower in the middle, and the sofa bed was even softer, making it tiring to sleep on. The room's soundproofing was poor; you could hear people walking around outside clearly. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, but the lights couldn't be controlled individually. At night, both lights had to be on, which was very bright and directly facing the bed, affecting rest. There were two types of chocolate powder for breakfast. My child asked me about the difference, so I asked the staff. They replied that one was local and the other American, with slight differences in taste. They said I was satisfied. We turned around, and two female staff members were laughing loudly behind us, chattering unintelligible words. Perhaps they weren't mocking us, but it was very unprofessional. In conclusion, the price was quite good. However, this doesn't mean a 4-star rating guarantees this level of service. Our trips to any scenic spot were at least 50 minutes, and the service was just average. There was only one female receptionist, who was very helpful and responsive, with brown hair. She was on duty on the evening of the 18th and helped me check the timetable. When we returned on the 19th, she even asked if we had gone; she was very kind. I'm sorry I didn't remember her name.

I originally booked the most ordinary room. After arriving at the hotel, they upgraded me to a suite for free. It has a separate lobby, cloakroom, toilet and room. It was a pleasant surprise. They don't have many breakfast options, but the taste is good. I especially recommend trying the Spanish fried dough sticks with hot chocolate sauce. It's delicious. In addition, as expected, Spanish ham is very famous. The ham for breakfast is the type I like. It's not greasy, but delicious and fragrant. There is a bus 2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. The bus can be paid by credit card, which is very convenient.
