Location is good . Walking distance to many must visit spots.

Excellent location and service. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and neat! Hotel lobby seems bit outdated.

A charming hotel with heritage: wooden steps, lion statue, decoration and cosy courtyard. A great service rendered by Sonnia. Very welcoming, attentive, efficient and had a great smile. Breakfast was great too! However, the housekeeping can be better (stains spotted on floor and table) and the bathroom facility is worn-out.

Location: Good location, right at the T-junction, very close to Puerta del Sol, very convenient for subway travel; there is a good medium-sized supermarket diagonally opposite the left side of the hotel, with a wide variety of items. Room: The room is not big, but it is completely enough, the layout is very good, and I like the style; there are two floor-to-ceiling windows facing the inner courtyard; Facilities: There are cabinets, clothes hangers for hanging clothes, and tables; slippers, toothbrushes, and combs are all available, and everything is relatively complete; Breakfast: The breakfast is good, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, which is very pure; you can also order fried eggs; there are also Spanish dough sticks for breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located to the subway station/different attractions such as the Grand Palace, museums, etc. The room was clean and generally comfortable. Didn't have a chance to try the hotel breakfast.

The room is spacious, the location is good, the bed is very comfortable and big, and two beds can be put together. It is close to the surrounding royal palace and three art galleries. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. We booked without breakfast, and planned to eat in the hotel one day, and they also gave us a member price. A very satisfying trip to Madrid

I had booked another hotel before, but changed to this one for security reasons. Overall I was satisfied.

The location is good. The room is small but reasonable. The stairs and patio are beautiful. The balcony in the room is good for taking pictures, but it is really pitifully small. This is the case with all Spanish hotels, unless you rent a room in a B&B. But everything you need is there. You can skip breakfast, there are many delicious restaurants around.
