Mingming's reserved superior king bed room. When I checked in, they downgraded me to an ordinary single room on the grounds that I didn't have a room, and the charge was still according to the advanced king bed room.Not a good stay experience.

It didn't seem like a good hotel to me and it's from the NH chain... they didn't have air conditioning in the rooms... the rooms were very small, the old structure. And the service was very regular... I definitely wouldn't go back... I'd better believe the NH euro tower

The room that I booked through trip did not correspond to what the hotel tried to assign me. I put a room of 16 square meters and the reality was that it didn't even reach 10... Just a single bed and a desk that couldn't be used because there was a TV on top. Plus it wasn't renovated
I had to pay an additional fee at the hotel to get an NH room.
The hotel blamed Trip for this problem.
