Great location 3 minutes walk to main metro Sol. Safe touristy location. No bottled water and no kettle. Need to buy from small store three minutes away. Will recommend.

One of best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!! Highly recommend!!! I booked single room.
Location is perfect, hang in the middle of city centre, you have sol, gran via, and callao metro stations nearby. Nearest one for me was Sol and Gran via.

Our holiday hotel boasted a prime location, allowing us to leisurely walk to all attractions without relying on taxis. However, due to road construction, car access to the hotel entrance was unavailable. Though the lobby was undergoing renovations, resulting in dustiness and a lack of seating, the breakfast offerings were commendable. Despite these positives, we found the reception to be lacking in friendliness.

The hotel location and cleanliness are ok, however felt quite disappointed on the staff friendliness, ask for earlier check in however even though there are rooms available but they still asked for extra charges :(

Very clean room, newly renovated. Just that there is no complementary bottle water or kettle provided in room. Location is very good, walkable to most of the attractions. Breakfast is good too.

Everything was perfect. More than expected. Location ,clean ,
The only lets say disadvantage is the smell maybe in the bathroom sometimes. But this is not to prevent you to book. I totally recommend it

Location is perfect right in the centre surround by some store and interesting place such as SOL and Plaza major. Breakfast menu is excellent. Room is spacious and super clean. Definitely will stay in this hotel again when visit Madrid
