Ideal stopover near the airport, with free transfer during daytime hours. Room basic but clean and tidy, and beds comfortable. Good breakfast.

In general is a Good the Hotel is close to the airport and has shuttle service so you can book to take you to the airport. Besides that nothing special I think that it has a good price and is close to a bus stop and close to the subway.

Hotel best osuna is a reasonable hotel near airport and 30 min walking from Ifema. Have small grocery shop nearby. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are big and unique. Enjoy the stay overall!

Practical for travelers. The shuttle service is a plus but only starts at 7:30 am so not convenient if your flight Is early. Staff super helpful.

Pictures don’t lie! We had a room that was facing the alley rather than looking onto the garden. It looked depressing from the outside and inside too. Really didn’t like it. Shuttle bus is great, just 10mins or so. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Friends who want to stay near the airport the next day should be careful to avoid it, avoid it!!! Hello, I've stayed at this hotel before. Everything was fine, as expected for the hotel's category. For me, the airport shuttle service is essential and very good. This year the room didn't have a great view, but things can't always be perfect. I'll definitely be back.

The noise is excessive. Lots of children shouting and banging on things from 7 a.m. All the rooms are on the ground floor and overlook a garden where guests are talking from very early in the morning; you can hear them as if they were inside the room.

I would never have stayed in a hotel that was so dirty and the service was terrible. I booked a double room with a bathtub and views and when my partner and I arrived they gave us another room and to top it off they are not as they appear in the photos, it is all a deception. I will never set foot in this hotel again in my life. And let's see if they clean the rooms better and have a little more order and hygiene.
