The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent, highly recommended! The only downside was that for multiple-day stays, water bottles were only provided on the first day.

Even though this is a 3-star hotel, the service and breakfast are better than some 4-star hotels. The hotel's location is also very close to many attractions. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location, excellent customer service. Lifts extremely slow and small but overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again.

The hotel was filled with a pleasant aroma as soon as I entered. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Even though I don't speak Spanish, they patiently and kindly communicated with me using a translator. I truly had a great experience!

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It is within walking distance of the royal palace, gran via and lots more. We walked everywhere as it was so easy. There are two metro stations very close by too. The room was ready when we got there, and check in was very straightforward and quick. The room was clean, and I like that there is a shower cubicle rather than a bath, and no carpets so it felt very clean.

I stayed at the hotel in Madrid, it was located across from the Palace and garden. Most places is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone from the front of the house to the back was courteous kind helpful and smiled . The door man helped us translate when we ran in trouble with the Uber driver .  I did not catch his name we checked-outThursday August 28rh. Thanks again everyone was great.

Very good location, so closed to the metro station and the royal palace. What I think they should improve is that training the staff speaking basic English so we can communicate as not all passengers speak Spanish. Especially the cleaning team, some of don't even have basic respect and service sense to passengers. They just opened the door for cleaning without knocking the door first while We stayed in the room
