Central location and very nice rooftop bar and restaurant with full view of Madrid.

We stay here frequently and the front desk and concierge staff are the best. The breakfast buffet is varied, well attended and friendly. Walking distance to Atocha, museums, shopping, restaurant's and theaters. Only complaint is that the Plaza Sta Anna is noisy until late daily and trash pickup is early.

Very smelly in the hallways... Thankfully never in the rooms but everytime we got into the hallway the stench was pretty bad...

When I am in Madrid, I’ll only stay here! Best is the location, but the hotel provides impeccable service and a cozy, clean and lovely room. I love this hotel so much, spent 9 nights last year and bought my family this year for 3 nights. There is no better location!

Highly recommend this hotel - a bit pricey but overall- staff was great & helpful! Housekeeping excellent service; breakfast - not as great but simple- overpriced I think. Many breakfast options within walking distance. Location- excellent!

Wash clothes in the Bathroom were missing.
No kleenex in room.
Otherwise everything, was great!

Solid hotel with interesting room amenities (stereo receiver with large speaker). Would recommend asking for a high floor as the plaza outside is very lively throughout the night. Great location in the center of town, close to all major attractions.
