Room is way too cold.
Due to first room malfunction of heater changed room but new room’s heater also does not work well. Cannot believe it is 4 stars.
And key card everytime happen problem (I didn’t put together with my phone together) so had to go back to lobby anytime.
stayed several hotels in Spain and this one was worst.

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent area of Madrid. Safe, clean and close to various restaurants and businesses. The restaurant was great, and prices were decent. Room was spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay again in the future.

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfast options. Very good!!!
The room is in good condition and has a bathtub! Very important for people traveling long distances!

It’s a rubbish hotel that discriminates against Chinese people. I was on a business trip with Italian friends. Their room had water and slippers. Not only did our room not have water or slippers, it also didn’t provide drinking water.
