This hotel is okay for a transitional stay. For this location, the price is quite affordable and the room is pretty spacious. The only thing is the facilities are a bit old.

Centrally located, 2 minutes away walking distance from La Puerta del Sol. Good option for budget travelers, very nice and friendly staff.

Overall was a pleasant experience. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently near all the bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Definitely will return again!

Breakfast is good. Elevator is very slow, choose the stairs. Location is perfect.

The place is so authentic and the staff are very helpful and nice, they showed us the map, where to go and eat, answered all questions and also told us about hotel story, the location of the hotel is also perfect, close to all attractions, center of SOL. Hotels was located in the heart of madrid. Overall room was clean, the AC was bit outdated and noisy. Room noise cancellation very poor, was annoyed and occupied by the “romantic” noise from a couple next door 🤣

The location was very good. The room was clean and easy to use. The receptionist was very kind and gentle. There could be times when one can hear the neighbors due to thin walls, but overall, it can be said that this hotel was very good. I was able to have a good trip to Spain.

Ideal location in the heart of Madrid. Reasonably spacious room. Kettle included. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts with a rooftop terrace. The downside is the lack of soundproofing, so you can hear street noise.

The hotel is incredibly unique, designed to resemble an old theater, both the entrance and the rooms. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. It's just a few minutes from Puerta del Sol. We requested an interior room for a quieter atmosphere.
