The breakfast was really good and location, sadly the hotel is a bit tired. The room ok ( although the floor uneven) the beds were terrible, I had to sleep on the floor because we have arrived very late and we thought all the beds were the same so what was the point of saying anything. In fact in Reception we were told they were but we found out the day after it was not the case.One of the beds was with a small curve on the mattress and the other one the spring would stick on your body

The location of this hotel is very good, close to the train station, but this hotel is relatively old, especially its bed is very uncomfortable, the breakfast is average.

The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable. The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day. The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.

Great location, clean room. Breakfast was good at the hotel but the packed one is a bit weak.

Convenient location if you need to stay close to the Station but the beds are old and no so comfortable and clean

It was great because it was very close to the Chamartín line and away from the noise and dust of the construction work at Chamartín Station. The breakfast was very good, and there was always something for everyone, so you didn't want for anything. The buffet was very good, and one of the receptionists was especially friendly. The pool was great, and the rooms were very comfortable. Plus, the windows closed very well. We both think we'll definitely stay here again. We didn't know the default reservation was for just one person... so we had to pay an extra fee once we arrived.

The location is very good, close to the terminal station. The room was clean and had a bathtub with hot water. I would like to come again.

Although there is a big pit in front of the door, it is worth recommending: Convenient transportation, near Chamartin subway and train station, Sumptuous breakfast, breakfast is very important for people on business trips Good hygiene, actually newer than the hotel promotional pictures The room is not small, much larger than most hotels in Europe. Compared to three stars, I am willing to give it four stars.

The location was perfect for us since we were traveling from Chamartín. Incredible breakfast!! The reception staff were super friendly! Especially Olivia 💕

The breakfast, the parking at Parking Norte and the location perfect. The bed and pillows were very bad. It had broken legs and wheels, so it moved constantly and made a lot of noise while I slept. The pillows were so soft that they offered no support to my head.
