Thin walls, no sound-proofing between the rooms, you can't sleep if you "win" ****** as neighbor. But the location is cool, near the Puerta del Sol and restaurants, party-places, 24/7 reception,so you can enter anytime.

All sights, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very friendly English speaking staff. Room pretty small and some things slightly worn, but we had private bathroom and everything was super clean. Perfect location and great value for money. We would definitely come back.
OBS! First floor without elevator, and no place for the noise sensitive - thin walls & windows ;-)

Too noisy I wasn't able to sleep Every single night (4nights) Smell of bathroom terrible Sewer smells all over so I had to cover my nose while I was sleeping We paid quite a lot for this quality hotel I don't recommend this hotel

Very cramped, incredibly noisy, much more so than anywhere else I have stayed in the vicinity. Was unable to sleep until 6am, and had to rise at 7am. Staff informed me that it was down to the vicinity, though I have stayed very close before without the same problems.

It's a shame to consider such an establishment as a hotel. it is a zero residence and has nothing to do with a host. the rooms are tiny and very dark and no comfort. This establishment needs to be closed immediately.

We were delighted to be so close to the action in Madrid, but the room was too exposed to the street. The rooms are very close together and need soundproofing. There were no blackout curtains, so I had to cover my face with a towel to sleep.

Too small room for 3 persons. Very good beds. Good for one or two nights. The bathroom was too small and was full of water when you took a shower. Could not quite open the doors of the wardrobe because it was too near from the bed.

Excelent location. Clean place. In general, we were well treated, with the exception of one of the employees who does not owe anything to friendliness. Suggestions: If the room receives 4 people, it should have 4 glasses, not 2. And if 2 glasses are requested, they should not be denied.
