Room and service were smooth and helpful, however, their breakfast was terrible, serve with expired bread, although they give one breakfast for free since only one person notice of the bed bread, others have eaten, and later suffer diarrhea, highly suspicious of the breakfast.

Good hotel, good water pressure, kettle, air conditioning, fridge. 7/11 is 5 minutes away. Great staff. There is a pond on the territory. Cons - thin walls, if you are unlucky with your neighbors and they are noisy, there will be high audibility.

The staff take good care of you. The owner looks very kind. There are activities to do that are not boring.

If you can't stand the congestion and air pollution in the city, go to the countryside in northern Thailand to rest. It is about a 30-minute drive from the old town of Chiang Mai. It is recommended for those who have transportation. If there is no transportation, it is recommended for those who want to participate in tiger and elephant tours. It’s really comfortable to stay in the swimming pool after having a daily schedule around. It’s perfect for families who just want to relax and have children. Check in directly and don’t go anywhere. The children have a great time in the swimming pool. The host can help prepare food. . There are village stalls within a five-minute walk. The park is designed with careful planting and the animals are well taken care of.

As for facilities, it's okay. It's too far from Chiang Mai. It was a bit difficult. I highly recommend it to anyone on vacation. It's 24km away from Chiang Mai. ^^
