Cool Downs Resort

1. Room Facilities: It has everything you'd expect. Cleanliness is acceptable; the toilet and showerhead don't look brand new, but it's still acceptable. 2. Service: I arrived late, and the waiter was still waiting. It wasn't a professional, high-end five-star hotel, but it felt like running into a friendly old friend back home. 3. Environment: The air was so fresh! The restaurant's ambiance was excellent, with plenty of indoor and outdoor options. 4. Breakfast was à la carte, with a wide selection and delicious food.

An excellent hotel, incredibly beautiful, located away from the city and in a luxurious natural area, a 5-30 minute drive to the left on the road, leaving the hotel, there are many beautiful natural places, waterfalls, cafes on the tops of the hills, the hotel itself is clean, cozy, there is a sauna, quiet, 10/10

Great, accommodating hosts... Clean... Spacious rooms... only the location is a bit far from Chiang Mai

This is a very nice place to stay. The decor is lovely and the staff are friendly. Although the location is quite inland and the access road is on a private road that isn't very good. The only complaint is that there was no hot water on the day of our stay.
