Very cozy and nice resort in Mon Jam. The resort architecture was really homey. We came to the resort too early before check-in time but we've been received great service and hospitalized to get early check-in also been upgraded to the bigger room to "Mon Fah" that you can enjoy the stunning view at your room great balcony area. Hot chamomile tea retreated me from a bit cold but fresh greenery after rain during check-in waiting. After check-in, we took lunch at resort restaurant that they had Michaelin stars 3 consecutive years. Food was fresh and very healthy delicious especially organic vegg. We felt very warm hospitalized from all service minded and well trained staffs and especially 'Pee Su" the owner. All fruits especially papaya was really sweet and fresh. We encouraged yo support local organic farm directly here that you can enjoy shopping papaya, lemon, and seasonal vegg and fruits here. "Nong Kwan" the resort staff brought us to the local chilli, lettuce and cabbage farm down hill that easy to access from resort. She's really friendly and amazingly she learnt how to plant by herself, from long year experience learning by doing was such a great expertise that she shared her know how with us and we learnt from her a lot about high land plantation. We appreciated Pee Su, Long Kwan and all staffs provided us great service like friends visit home. We promised next time to Mon Jam, we'll revisit your place once again for sure.

Firstly, thank you for good service . For the room , even I spent the money room's view was not nice . So I have to upgrade with paying 1200 baht for two nights . I booked, including breakfast, and breakfast was nice. At the hotel restaurant food was a bit expensive. Also, the location was not so convenient to go around. There are no places to rent bikes ,even taxi also can't get easily. At the end up , I may not be able to plan to come back again.

The accommodation is in a traditional Thai house style. The weather is nice, the atmosphere is great, and there are mountain views. The staff, both at the hotel and the restaurant, provided excellent service. When we arrived in the afternoon, the sun was very strong and the air conditioning in our room wasn't working well, so they quickly changed our room. It was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent – ​​we ate until we were full.

For quite some time, the host of this property hasn't responded to my messages or questions. *********** has also tried to contact me, but has also been unable to reach the owner. It's unacceptable that guests are left completely in the dark. This lack of transparency and professionalism makes it impossible to travel with peace of mind. I strongly advise future guests not to book here until the host takes responsibility. Owner would ask the staff to put together a walking tour Result there was absolutely no preparation, and when i walked by myself. I never got my money back 2000 bht. The owner blamed the staf.
