A nice place outside the city, only 5-10 minutes drive to Mae Rim's attractions (places for quadrilateral buildings/waterfalls/botanical gardens/tigers etc)... there is nothing within walking distance, so remember to bring whatever car/motorbike car, or entertain yourself at the resort. The lakeside rooms are good, but the price is average. The pool is not good enough, not long enough, the water is quite murky...the staff check in/out is nice, the restaurant has no character and no other guests, not really a place to eat. The resort doubles as a home for the elderly, so you may see nurses surrounding the elderly. There are so few elderly residents that you probably won't even notice...
