Too far from old city. Couldnt get a ride after boxing match at night. So did not manage to stay here.

Did not stay, location was too far from old town and couldn't get a cab at night. Approx 25-30min distance

Was really not a good experience. There was blood on the sheets and I did not get a refund for my room. Worst hotel I have stayed so far. And it is very far away from the city, be careful.

The room is big and the swimming pools are two and there are good for relaxing

The room is a bit rundown. But it is comfortable and clean. We had a good sleep. However the wifi card given was not working, tried calling the front desk, didnt get picked up. Overall is value for money.

I really enjoyed the Imperial Chiang Mai Resort's property. It has sprawling grounds with lots of beautiful flora and fauna. The trees are magnificent throughout lining the gardens. Waking in the morning is such a pleasure. A choir of birds is the soundtrack as the sun cracks through the trees. The air is lovely and smells like a forest. It is so quiet and tranquil. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. Linen on the king size bed was smooth and soft. The bed was a little soft for my liking but really ok. Plenty of hot water. The room had a small terrace overlooking the garden. I had a great view of a huge mango tree , which is always full of birds. The room service and dining selection is quite good with a good variety of choices. The service is great. The staff are happy and you can feel the sincerity and care in their efforts. There are downsides to the hotel as lovely as it is. some of the amenities were lacking. The sauna wasn't working, the pool, which is a wonderful Olympic size, was being refurbished after my first week. The gym is very functional but it is quite old. One can still have a good workout. Tennis and pickleball and badminton lovers will be happy. There are great indoor and outdoor courts. The location is great if you want quiet and a little seclusion. It is however a good walk, nothing less than a couple km to the nearest convenience store. If you don't want to walk though quick trips are not so hard by taxi. The property is about 20 minutes away from Chiang Mai and I found it challenging at times to get a car to go out to the property. I was there primarily to cycle and had a great time as a result of the location, which is right of the major highway and cycling routes. I would definitely recommend it. Roland Andrade

The room looks old. WIFI is very low(Even though informed the staff but can't used). The bathroom has soap and bath gel but no brush , no shampoo and a shower is very old.
