Clean and comfortable room with good amenities for a budget hotel. Location is okay, not very central, and service is average but acceptable. Overall, good value for money and suitable for a short stay.

New hotel right at highway 12, minimalistic breakfast, just toast and boiled eggs and a good coffee and orange juice, but ok, room was huge, beds ok, we had a good and quiet night, would stay there again

The best location in Mae Sot. Clean building with new rooms. The staff could not support my request for room cleaning, most probably due to English communication challenge. Overall, a very good experience staying at One Budget.

The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The room was clean. The bathroom door didn't lock and was made of frosted glass. Breakfast was provided and included boiled eggs, sausages, toast, oranges, milk, yogurt, orange juice, and water. Parking was limited. The elevators are key-card operated, meaning you need your key card to select a floor. Overall, it was very good. Recommended.

This hotel offers a quiet retreat despite being located on a main road, so noise isn't an issue. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom facilities are excellent, with basic toiletries provided. The service is top-notch, with an outstanding staff attitude that makes guests feel right at home – highly commendable! The breakfast spread is quite extensive, featuring very fresh fruits and a good blend of Thai, Chinese, and Western options that cater to most needs. The restaurant's elegant ambiance makes for a pleasant breakfast experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Overall, the conditions are excellent in all aspects.

Not easy to communicate with staffs as not all can speak English. More training for them on customer service. No boiling kettle in the room. During my stay, the fire alarmed at 2 AM and all customers had to go outside their rooms. No staff was available to announce the cause of alarm. On another night, a couple was fighting in the other room causing distraction to other customers.

Had a comfortable stay. Good service, great location, and the AC was nice and cold. For Mae Sot, this place is probably one of the best options.

Book with Trip application total amount 1,808 THB but hotel told customer(me) received total amount 1,743 THB. Then the hotel issue bill to me 1,743 THB because hotel just received 1,743 THB, ***!! That is your hotel not me, because customer pay 1,808 THB breakfast isn’t good＞＞ sausage 1st day and another is same. not change anything

Location is right beside Robinson which is quite nice. Very clean rooms with friendly staff. Will stay again.
