Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, this is my fourth time using the restaurant, and the first time I went on a day before a holiday, a group of unruly kids and their parents and children ran wild in the building, where is the concept? I told them that the glass plate of mousse would not fit a spoon, but they just ignored me, and the next day they were using it for a wedding, so I'm sure they had the time. I visited again, and they got my name wrong from the start and didn't give me the national discount coupon. The restaurant didn't take the advice I gave them the first time, so they charged me a corkage fee, but they didn't pay any attention to the noise made by the three old ladies and came out in the middle of the meal. The next morning, we gave up and changed the breakfast time, but the old ladies were still making noise in the restaurant as usual from the morning, even though it was the last order. When I gave up and asked for my breakfast fee back, they said that since I was using the national discount, they would only refund 80% of the regular price, even though the hotel didn't do anything about it. There was no apology on the way back, so I told them again through the head office that they had strictly charged me a corkage fee, but they said they wouldn't pay me because they might not listen to me even if I warned them about the voices they were making. Not unlike a certain all-you-can-eat and drink chain hotel, this is a rare hotel where you won't be told off for making noise, so you can enjoy French cuisine while old ladies chat and children run around.
