I like the friendly and kind staff and the clean rooms.

Had nice stay at Hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, room was good nice bed had a view. Breakfast was very good . Good value for money (budget traveler) Will stay again next time I’m in Bitung. Was nice I enjoyed my stay and Diving great so giving it a 5/5

Pretty meh experience. Would choose a different hotel next time. Staff was unfriendly and amenities were lacking.

Very nice hotel in town, staff are nice.

I was going on a jungle trip and this was the nearest hotel. I wouldn't have been attracted to the hotel, save for the location. However, it was a brilliant, friendly hotel with super staff. Breakfast was in the large restaurant on the ground floor with stunning murals. They were full of colour and vigour and clearly much thought had gone into the decor. Loved this hotel and would stay here again.

Hot water comes out and the toilet flushes.... This is good for Bitsun.... There are no bugs in the room.... The food is not tasty, so I have to order KFC or McDonald's.... I'm glad there are big chains because I can easily get an upset stomach there.

Good and well-known hotel in the city, near the harbor. Very friendly, attentive staff. Rich breakfast, tasted very good. Privacy-protected swimming pool with showers. Drinking water dispensers in the hallways 👍

The location is far from the mosque. Far from food center. Powerful shower.
