Fergus Club Mallorca Waterpark

Great rooms, pools, slides, staff and location! Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children! Only problem was the reception staff - they acted like you weren’t there waiting, and when they did lower themselves to speak to you they were very slow and didn’t seem to have a clue about anything. Such a shame because all other staff - bar staff, cleaners, catering and security were all very friendly and helpful.

Hi, I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled with this one. Firstly, this is NOT a four star hotel in any way. I would say this is three star at the absolute most. The all inclusive restaurant is carnage and there isn’t a big selection. I’m not a fussy eater, but a lot of the food looked like slops, we ate out a few times. The swimming pools could do with being cleaned, there were floaty bits in the pool and I stood on broken tiles a few times. The rooms are basic, as I said, not four star in any shape or form. There was dirty grout in the shower, and the sealant around the shower had black bits on it. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable and the facilities for kids are great. My room looked onto BCM nightclub over shops etc, so it definitely wasn’t a room with a view. The floor of the lift at my block had half the tiles missing too. I’m just disappointed with the money me and my family paid for this. We expected it to be more than it was. I think when you pay for a four star hotel you have a certain level of expectation in your mind. I just feel the whole place could do with a deep clean and revamp.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at FERGUS Club Mallorca Waterpark, and while the resort itself is fantastic, it was the outstanding reception team that made our holiday truly unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were unfortunately given incorrect information by another member of staff regarding room upgrades. We were told we could upgrade on a flexible, daily basis and were quoted a specific rate. However, Alvaro and Pablo stepped in and explained the actual policy in clear and unambiguous detail. They clarified that the upgrade isn't on a day-by-day basis at all, but rather a daily rate calculated for the entire duration of the stay. We greatly appreciated their honesty, clarity, and professionalism in correcting that initial misinformation. They both deserve massive compliments for their exceptional customer service. Following that, Toni took care of us and processed our upgrade to the Magnus status. He was absolutely exceptional and really went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out perfectly. All three of these gentlemen made our stay at the resort out of this world and thoroughly deserve positive management recognition. Well done guys, you are a credit to the hotel and we will definitely be returning next year!

Location is good, near to be beach, shops and restaurants Atmosphere is ok- bit of entertainment going on but felt like it was winding down for end if season Rooms are fine, plenty of space and big balconies. Beds were comfy too Food was OK, not warm but always something to eat. Staff no problems, didnt find them over friendly but no issues at all. Gym is terrible- nothing works apart from the treadmill Value wise its a 3 star. Paid about 670 per person which is probably fair for all inclusive. Waterside were great fun but you do have to get up early for a lounger in the sun. Couple of warnings...1. We arrived late at night and were not offered any food or drink, thought we may have been offered at least a bottle of water 2. Lots of dying wasps around especially near breeze block 1/arcade room in a big tree. I was stung twice by wasps falling out the tree in 24 hours! Otherwise its absolutely fine, we enjoyed ourselves

We booked this hotel last minute for me, my partner and our 3 children (9 months, 4 and 7 years old) and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! 🥰 We were a little worried before going because of all the bad reviews and comments we’d seen, but I’m so glad we decided to go anyway because we had an amazing time from start to finish! The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was absolutely fine, nothing fancy or luxurious, but it had everything we needed. The pools, slides and entertainment were brilliant for both the kids and adults, and the location was perfect! If I had one little thing to pick at, it would be the beds, as the main bed was two singles pushed together which kept sliding apart, but honestly, that’s only a small thing in the grand scheme of things. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, made some amazing memories as a family and would definitely recommend giving this hotel a chance rather than being put off by the negative reviews. We’re so glad we came and will definitely go back !

It was great I have a excellent time we stay there for 10 days and it was out standing it was great fun for the kids.also for some places you need to pay in the game room but it was completely free!!! Even i played in there!! Just there is a slide can't remember what it's called but my kid got hurt every time he went on it. But anyway he said he didn't care. Oh and the food here is quite repetitive and to bland . But over all it was excellent and great fun

The hotel is more like a village, with 2 sets of 12 blocks of rooms in a rectangle with 3 floors. There’s swimming pools in the middle of these blocks and the waterpark sandwiched between them. We got to our room on the 3rd floor at about 2:30am after a disastrous journey. Dropped into bed but couldn’t get to sleep because of a loud noise like a motorbike running at 1300rpm. I presume everybody in the block could hear it. After 10 minutes I phoned reception asking for a change but was told they can’t do it in the middle of the night. Went down first thing in the morning to be told we still couldn’t change that day, maybe tomorrow resulting in another near sleepless night. Managed to change rooms the next day to a ground floor room next to reception. Now we had to put up with the noise of people dragging suitcases at all times of the night. The room we ended up with was designed for an handicapped person which we didn’t mind as my wife does have mobility problems. This had a wet room for a bathroom but this had been converted by removing the shower tray and tiling the area, the rest of the bathroom was not contoured properly and the first shower we took flooded the bathroom and went into the main room. Future showers were taken with the water slowly falling out of the shower head. Another problem with the bathroom was it has an isolated sink, no unit to stand it in which meant there was very little room for toiletries, also no shelf in the shower area. The room was a reasonable size with a reasonable number of sockets. However, there were no drawers only open shelves. The hanging section of the wardrobe was on the bottom 1 metre, no good for long dresses. We were in this room for 8 days but the bedding was not changed in this time which is unusual. There was a frankly extortionate charge for the safe The hotel was kept extremely clean and the staff normally very helpful The pools had loads of sunbeds packed together like sardines and a reasonable number of umbrellas no need to reserve them as you have to do in a lot of hotels; The lifeguards opened the pools about 10:00am. The pool we used did not allow inflatables which is unusual. The ladders in the pool were too close to the side making it slightly awkward to get in and out, luckily at this pool there was a section where the pool floor was only 1 foot below the edge so we used this area. Food in the restaurant was usual buffet standard, frequently warm rather than hot but the soup was invariably hot. At breakfast the fried eggs were piled up and it was almost impossible to transfer them to your plate without bursting the yolk. Toasters were also pathetic; my wife had to put the bread through 3 times on the highest setting to get it lightly toasted but inevitably completely dry. Coffee was only available in the restaurants at breakfast. If you wanted coffee any other time it was available at the bars; These only opened late in the morning (10:30 or 11:00) so I took a glass of juice from

We visited here from 28th September to 5th October as a family of four (12 year old and 9 month old) We were a bit wary of the mixed reviews before heading here and also unsure of how busy/quiet it would be considering we were quite late in the season. So hopefully this helps...... We are not complainers. At all. We never go anywhere and complain unless it is absolutely justified. This place is a 3 star, not 4. It is basic. Nice but basic. Nothing is "wow" it is just nice and has everything you need. The only 2 things I can moan about are; 1. The food was very repetitive. They didnt really change much so each day, we pretty much ate the same food. It is designed to be bilk produced due to the number of guests. So dont expect amazing food, it is just ok. 2. The bed. Worst I've slept on. Creaked, squeaked and rolled around on wheels. But genuinely the hotel is good and does have a lot going on. Plenty of beds, variety of pools/slides. Clean rooms. Staff very helpful. Security staff nice. Didnt catch his name but the young lad doing security was sound. Had zero issues whatsoever with anything really, its very well run but very basically done if that makes sense. But it works. The area is good. Literally 5 mins to the beach. You have endless supermarkets, restaurants, fast food places, pharmacies etc all within 5 mins walk. We paid £2500 for a family of 4, all inclusive which we feel isnt too bad. If we'd have paid £5K we would be annoyed. I think people expect too much sometimes. I'd say overall 7/10 If it was in season full of 18 year olds drinking, it would be terrible as you are right by BCM 😄

Very clean hotel Friendly and helpful staff I loved the variety of food and didn't need to eat out . Lots of great pools . Would visit again
