The hotel has been beautifully designed  but unfortunately several “maintenance” and avoidable issues make lower the rating and not come back. The AC did not cool the room down  during my stay - except for late in the morning hours feeling hot in the apartment room and been uncomfortable even with only wearing underwear, the refrigerator does not cool and had water dripping in the kitchen and the WiFi in my room could hardly use the internet with constant disconnections.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities, just a bit of a shame to be woken up so early in the morning by people shouting or making noise on their way home from parties.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The various pool areas are fantastic. There's a mini-golf course, billiards, beach volleyball – truly everything you need for a great vacation. It's close to the center, just a 5-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service without breaking the bank.

Very good experience at the HM Martinique hotel in Magaluf the positive points: 3 swimming pool + sauna and hammam you can find a store also very useful for buying food or drinks, the only negative point is the wifi which does not work very good for me. The hammam was also not functional during my stay. Beach nearby.
