Lovely staff cant do nough for you, magaluf has a lovely beach

First time visiting Magaluf . The experience was magnificent The hotel was superb from cleaning to amenities, easy access to beach , quiet . All the staff was amazing specially Rally the room service lady and the receptionists . The hotel is situated on top of the hill which makes it a bit uneasy to walk if you have some health issues but in the contrary the views are breathtaking. The best hotel and experience so far

Cliffside apartments all with great views over the bay with steps leading down to the end of the beach. Studios are a good size, but apartments are small. All rooms had age related wear and tear, though they were clean with regular housekeeping. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, but our studio lacked a chopping board and had limited utensils. We had heavy rain during our stay and experienced flooding in the apartment as the bottom seal on the patio doors couldn't cope. Management claimed that "the hotel wasn't built to withstand the extent of the downpours!!" 🙄 Shops, bars, and restaurants were only a short stroll away, but it's a steep walk back up to the hotel, which wouldn't suit those less mobile. The hotel bar had decent food at reasonable prices but lacked non-fizzy soft drink options.

This is our 7th or eighth time staying here and as always an excellent 14 night stay. The staff work tirelessly and always smiling, welcoming and professional. The views are priceless from balcony, all areas kept spotless and clean. 5 room cleans a week 👌, and added bonus this year from the pool you can use steps to the beach directly from 10 am to 8 pm so no more taxis or trying to get up cardiac hill. Will definitely be back for sure thanks to all staff from reception, bar and cleaning staff for another memorable holiday

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. After a very pleasant experience last year, not to mention the spectacular view we stayed again this year in their superior twin room. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything very superior about it! We felt the room was modern but needed attention. Firstly, the shower leaked, I shut the bathroom door and the wooden panel above the door fell on my head. Secondly, the cleaning was non existent with floors, sides and bathroom barely touched. After we experienced a storm half way through our holiday, we were ordered to our rooms where everything was closed (including the shop and restaurant)as the WiFi went out! We couldn’t leave the hotel as the storm was quite severe. After this, the WiFi didn’t seem to come back and there was constant electrical issues including a noisy air con system and a very scary episode of being stuck in the lift! The hotel itself is set on a cliff edge so the hill up and down to the beach/shops and restaurants is not for the faint hearted and in 35 degree heat is hard going! The views are amazing and I couldn’t fault the staff! They are always polite and welcoming!

Came back home after a party trip with friends two days ago. We stayed from the 9th to the 16th and i dont have much to complain about at all. We arrived at night and as soon as we walked in we were met by wonderful Vladimir and Alfredo. Everything went very smoothly even though we just dropped our bags off and went out to party right after. We stayed in room 121 on the twelfth floor and the view were no joke, i can with confidence say that it was the best view in all of Magaluf. We had friends that lived in all kinds of hotels all over Magaluf and there were a lot of loud music at those hotels but at this one it was not so bad. And the people that were too loud got kicked out, as they should have. Although i hope i dont scare off partypeople with this review. Because at the same time as youre able to play loud music the residents at this hotel got some kind of respect for eachother, maybe because there wasnt that many brits living there. The pool bar had a few different meals to choose from and it was a bit expensive but not as expensive as the resturants close to the beach. We also got a tip from Vlad that if we wanted cheaper stuff (water, potato chips etc), we should go to Aldi's. We are happy with the service and especially with Vladimir's. The beds were not bad either, the sofa bed could be a little better with better pillows but the real double bed were really nice. It wasnt really a problem because even though we were three not all of us slept at home every night. The hill "Cardiac hill" was not as bad as many describe, even after a night out at 7 am in the morning. I think i have said all i have to say, a special thank you to not only Vladimir but also Alfredo for the service. Lovely fellows!

Beautiful spot, built into a cliff face. Reception was on floor 9. Our apartment floor 4 and the views! Spectacular. Staff all so nice and helpful, bar very good and a nice seating area overlooking the sea. Nothing too much trouble and the apartment was complete. Comfy beds too. Only downside was a steep hill to get to it but so worth it. We will return. Thank you Sandalo beach.

We stayed for 3nts ant the end of April - as three lifelong besties in our late 40s, looking for a relaxing break with a touch of the girlie holidays from our youth—and it delivered exactly that. The location is fantastic, overlooking the sea and just a 5–10 minute walk to both Palma Nova and Magaluf beaches. The area has plenty of great restaurants and bars, especially in Palma Nova, which felt more upmarket than expected. There was already a good atmosphere, even though the season hadn’t fully started. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but manageable for a short stay. The pool and bar area were lovely and ideal for relaxing (only slight downside was the random music later in the day, but the afternoon DJ was great). We had a late flight home, and it was easy to store luggage, use the pool, and shower before leaving—really convenient. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was very quiet during our stay, which was perfect for us as it easy to imagine the carnage in the local area in peak season! Overall, a perfect break at the right time of year—great weather, great location, and we’d definitely return.
