Mercure Santa Marta Emile

Very nice hotel. I loved everything about it. The pool is splendid, and it's a really good option for getting away from the city, very close to a mall.

The location is good, but the streets are unpaved. They're across from Irotama and shouldn't have a dark, unpaved street. They need clotheslines for wet clothes in the bathroom and on the balcony; it's very uncomfortable to leave wet red clothes on a chair. The food has gone down in quality.

I liked the hotel, I highly recommend it, it is very complete, thank you.

I found it excellent, very well located. I really liked the pool although they should improve customer service a little.

Excellent location, especially what is close to the airport about 15 minutes away, close to the beach with a double entrance, one main and the other for people who come from the beach, showers equipped for better cleaning and that there will be no residue of sand when they return from the beach in the same way cold water as hot water at all times, a team of people willing to deliver the best so that the guest's stay is more integrated and feel at home.
