A very good hotel for its price. Truly private beach, good and beautiful facilities. Fabulous food. Many of the rooms overlook the pools or the sea. It is far from the city and for me that was wonderful, but it can be a limitation for the expenses because everything must be consumed in the hotel. I highly recommend it.

The truth is that the staff was very kind, but they gave us a tiny room with a lot of noise from the cars, then they moved us to a better one, although this one had raised wooden floors, a musty smell and some small details of lack of maintenance. In general, I recommend the hotel, but I think they need a bit of care and be clearer with the photos. The hotel is far away from anything else so it's very expensive going out

Super large layout, 5 pools scattered around, and everyone very helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were different both days and well appointed. The private beach is a huge plus, and the "resident" cats were really friendly and were our favorite friends we made. Only drawback for me, was it was hard to achieve hot water in the shower, at least in the junior suite w/ocean view I had.

A hotel that seemed like heaven but it is a real hell. I rented a Luxury Double Room, -the most expensive in the hotel- to find out that the TV did not work, the safety deposit box had to be reset, the windows had water leaks, the phone was inoperative, the wi-fi worked intermittently, there was no hot water, and to top it off when I tried to adjusted I, almost got electrocuted. I had to walk to my room through an old road with holes and puddles of water The food at the restaurant was mediocre. The staff seemed annoyed at my requests. NO apologies were offered by anyone! My son had a room next to mine that was flooded by rain water literally. Never again!!! I promise.

Es muy reconfortante que te reciben y atienden con una sonrisa, poco se encuentra esto en otros lugares. Las instalaciones son acogedoras. La amabilidad, disposición y excelente atención del personal son destacables. Si buscas paz, tranquilidad y armonía este lugar es el ideal. Anhelamos volver pronto.

El hotel ni siquiera llega a ser un hostal, el servicio es de pésima calidad en general, el desayuno NO es bufet, sirven de forma tacaña alimentos de regular calidad (con pelos) y adicional son muy tacaños y la actitud de la mayoría del personal refleja la mala administración. La ventilación del baño es hacia adentro de la habitación, ¡horrible!, el "hotel" está lejos de todo, de hecho, no está en Santa Marta, no hay buen servicio de transporte y el servicio de taxis es demasiado costoso. El mar está muy contaminado de carbón, no es agradable. Las ESCALERAS DE ACCESO AL MAR SON MUY EMINADAS, no tienen barandilla y les falta mantenimiento. Las piscinas son muy pequeñas y solo algunas reciben el sol de la tarde.
