I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.

Hotel room was spacious and clean. The wind did howl through the window in the night and the room was cold staff had to bring us a little plug in heater. Free shuttle buses running every 20 mins to Disneyland parks. Free breakfast included in the hotel stay, small selection of hot food. Cereals, roast, croissants and more. Could pay for evening buffet which was around €38 per adult and €17 per child. Heated swimming pool in the hotel this was out or order for 2 days of our stay.

Room lovely, location to Disney fantastic. Breakfast was a little disappointing not much choice. Staff very helpful and nice though for 2 young females in first trip away.

Hotel The Magic Circus, a hotel crafted with a designer's touch. The accommodation is great, the bed is super comfortable, and the room is quiet. There's even a kettle, perfect for brewing a hot coffee on a rainy day in Paris – so relaxing! They also have a heated swimming pool and a free shuttle bus that goes directly to the entrance of Disneyland, running every 15-20 minutes, which is really convenient. Breakfast offers a decent variety, mainly Western options like croissants, coffee, and milk. Downstairs, there's even a claw machine arcade, a true paradise for both big and little kids! 👍

Overall, it’s clean and has a sense of history. There were many young children around, which made the place feel lively and charming.

Excellent location for a visit to Disneyland Paris. They have a free shuttle bus that runs the whole day till 00:40h. If you are by car the parking fee needs to be paid separately. It’s 17 euros a day. Only when booking the hotel room via their own website, the parking is included. That was not clearly stated anywhere. So make sure you add this up to your hotel costs! The swimming pool is too small without anything that entertains kids. Most of the time it was too crowded in the evening hours, so we could not really enjoy the swimming pool. The hairdryer in our room was not working properly. We called the reception for a solution but they could not help us in any way. So we went to bed with wet hair. I suggested them to buy a few manual hair dryers for guests in case this would happen again. The receptionist reaction was: yes, let’s see tomorrow…I don’t know if we can…I have never received any feedback from them anymore, not even the next day. So we did not wash our hair after the first day. The room is pretty small, but I guess that is the standard in Paris. The airconditioning was not working properly. It was too hot in the room so none of us had a good sleep. Overall the rooms are clean. The breakfast was good. Not much variation, but good enough. Given the bad service, the condition of the rooms and the high price, I would prefer to stay in other 4-star hotels. You pay for the name (Disney hotel) but not for quality or stars.

No hot water for 2 days ..pool absolutely filthy .no kids menu of a day (pizza nuggets etc the food was awlful everyday there was people in Reception complaining I stayed in the Explorers before it was fantastic but thought I'd try this 1 .don't go here !!!

Always happy to stay here. I travelled with one of my kids this time around. We had a very large room. Clean as ever. We always stay here or in the dream castle hotel which is from the same group.

Good and Clean, but i was charged for pool entry while it was free of charge for all. 3 stars max Breakfast. Wish there were a kids playground outdoor not only video games.

The service not good the room very hot when I call them regarding the room the told me open the window and I told the I have kids my room view garden I am worried abut insects the said I can’t do anything.
