The Journey: Although getting to Ayada from Male requires an extra hour flight and then a 50-minute speedboat ride, the resort's seamless connection makes the journey part of the adventure. Accommodation: We stayed in the Sunset Suite (unit 6), a spacious single-story overwater villa with three unique living areas, all made of luxurious solid wood. Waking up to the unobstructed sea view is refreshing, as if you have your own sky and sea. 4. I especially loved the sea salt night under the stars and the breathtaking seaside fire show. The creativity of the chefs is amazing, especially considering the remote location of the resort. 6.
