New apartments, we had 2 bedrooms and a living room, there are air conditioners everywhere. Clean linen. There is everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes. The location is right in the center, everything is around, close to the beach. The woman at the reception was very friendly, she told and explained everything. They gave me a bunch of towels and blankets. We checked in at 12 and calmly let us check out around 13. If only the cleaning had been improved a little, it would have been 5 out of 5 (although it was clear that the floor had been wiped), and I would have bought better toothbrush holders

Amazing experience staying at these apartments. Such a kind beautiful hist, always helpful and supportive, very kind. Loved the apartment, spacious, super clean and great Mountain View. Big bed, spacious shower, aircons. Absolutely great place to stay and only few minutes walk from the beach. Lots of cakes, shops around. One of the prettiest beach on the island. Thank you, Stephanie, so much for having us there! Will definitely go back!

Very good accommodation, impeccable cleanliness and staff very attentive to our needs. We gladly recommend this location. We only stayed one day on the way to La Digue but we will be back. The host is very attentive and nice. Thank you. 😍😍😍😍😍

Everything was perfect. The last day we can have late check out for free. It’s at two steps of the beach and it’s just in feont of University of Seychelles were we work for a week. You have a good opcion for buy meals at the supermarket in the same building.

The host is very welcoming, the place is clean and really close to the beach. Cleaning ladies came every day except Sunday. The bed was comfortable and wifi was fast enough. If you are a very light sleeper like me, it would help to have a sleeping mask since the blinders don’t block all the sun and after sunrise it might be difficult to sleep. Sometimes birds were also singing loudly at 5 am so I also used earplugs, but it’s not apartment’s fault) Also I wish the skillet in the kitchen had a lid

This apartment was almost perfect! My husband and I were super impressed with the contemporary design and decor, the location being a very short walk to the stunning beach, and the early check-in and late checkout were key for us. Christine at the front desk was amazing. The entire building was spotless and the apartment had everything we needed, except for the stingy pillows and towels. I have to take a star away for that. Only one pillow each on the bed (and no extras in the room), one hand towel for both of us to share, and no face cloths. This is a minor issue for some, but I would advise anyone that needs 2 pillows like me to request that when checking in, so you don't have to use the couch cushions like we did.

The apartment is fabulous, and the staff is super nice. However, we left the place after the first night. The reason was the environment. The building is located in a semi industrial area, next to the university. The view from the balcony was depressing. Garbage, containers, and a homeless guy who did his physical needs in front of us. Additionally, the building is still under construction, so we woke up to the noise in the morning. The Anse Royal, several shops and a nice restaurant are in walking distance.

Had a fantastic stay at Royal suites appointments. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seychelles. The room was spotless and comfortable.

Modern, spacious and very clean apartments with lots of amenities. Super easy parking. The surrounding area is not so interesting to explore, but in Seychelles nothing is ever too far (a car is very strongly recommended). Nice and kind hosts.
