I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards. The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again, but in a different room."

"Excellent hotel! Extremely friendly and personable service. Alberti has very large and spacious, bright rooms and is beautifully and extremely tastefully furnished. Very good breakfast. Since our plane didn't leave until the evening, we were allowed to use our room all day. A parking space for our car was also organized. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for everything! It doesn't get any better."

"Lovely family-run hotel in the heart of the city, very close to the centre and, for our trip, just 100 metres from the centre of the fiesta Mare de Déu de Gràcia. All the staff, especially Martina, were extremely kind & helpful, overseen by the owner, Gracia, who also welcomed her to her open-house celebration on the evening of the main fiest event. The rooms are very comfortable (especially the bed!), spacious and well-appointed. Couldn't fault the hotel for the duration of our weeks' stay, so well done to all and we can thoroughly recommend the Sindic to anyone wanting a good base from which to explore."

"Another visit to this lovely colonial style hotel but our first visit since the hotel was taken over. In a prime location with beautiful views from our junior suite with terrace across the harbour. It was lovely to be greeted by familiar staff faces. The terrace rooms are looking a little tired compared to the upgraded rooms but I’ve been assured by management that a refurbishment programme is something the new owners are looking at for these rooms. The rooms were kept immaculately clean by the maids. There are plenty of new comfortable sun lounges and umbrellas around the pool. The breakfast room can seem a little crowded unless you get there early. Choice at breakfast accommodates for most preferences with the omelette station still proving popular. Bottled water is only provided free on the first day of stay now which I found surprising for a four star hotel and staying in a suite. There is now a minibar in the room which we did not use as local shops were a lot cheaper. Overall a lovely stay and we will return."
