The screen door to the balcony was broken and the screen ripped apart from its door frame. It would not close all the way or lock. The second issue is the refrigerator was broken and froze everything I put in it. I lost the food I put in it due to it being frozen solid. the back of the refrigerator was completely caked with ice and when I told front desk and asked if the Bistro was still open a few minutes before it was scheduled to close, I got a "sorry" and the cook was cleaning up and would not make something to replace the lunch I had lost. There was no microwave in the room which would have helped me in this instance, and would help other visitors in the future. The last issue is the bathtub/shower and the most important one. The floor of the tub was not protected with any kind of slip-resistant materials and was as slippery as ice. I did slip when I took a shower but luckily I was able to catch my fall. At 74 years of age, that could have been devastating for me and, in the long run, for the hotel as well. I notified the front desk about this and asked if they had any kind of rubber mat or something I could use to avoid possibly falling and, again, the answer was the same as it was for the refrigerator; i.e. "I'm sorry." I was then given two cloth bath mats to put in the shower.

Overall is good, room is quiet big, reception ladies are super nice and helpful! The breakfast sets are boring, but a Sir in the restaurant is super nice. Will stay again in there!

Right on the highway with road noise higher than what would be appropriate to sleep.

Very close to the New York Outlets. The room is very new and the bed is very comfortable. I stay here every time I visit the outlets.

The hygiene and service were disappointing for the price, but it was good for a day's stay. There are no disposable items such as slippers or toothbrushes, so take them with you.
