Property was beautiful. Quirky. Unkempt outside but beautiful view of Thames. Parking tricky. Friendly host. Awful bathroom arrangement in bedroom. Great breakfast choices.

Beautiful old house on lovely grounds. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms are unique but in need of some TLC. Wifi wasn't working and it was hot as no air conditioning. Lovely location on the river!

The service from Ian and his staff was superb, very attentive from start to finish. We were given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Kind of shabby chic. Room was fine but shower room had a lot of mould in shower cubical and on the ceiling. Some Cillit Bang Mould Remover would keep it clean.

I decided to ride my bike from southwest london to near windsor and beyond and wanted a nice place to stay before i headed back
This is a gem of a place and if you want to get out of the smoke it's also right next to the elizabeth line station and is really stylish and done out like a classier Soho house
Nice and low key nonetheless but great to be in a place with some style
The owner told me renovating the property had been a labour of love and it showed. Highly reccomended

Everthing was good, but not exceptional, no powerpoint in bathroom was annoying. Things advertised as being available in your room were not provided eg water, fruit, no soap, only one towel. Just small things really but we paid good money for the room and expect these little things to be right, but on the bright side Ian Latifa were very helpful and rectified the issues that we brought up.
