The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Good hotel at a really good price for one night. Room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Had a really good nights sleep. Staff was friendly and check in was nice and easy. Bonus of parking and was £10. Would be good if they didn’t charge if you are staying at the hotel

Had a good 3 night stay recently. Comfy bed, room quiet, nice gentle shower, room and bathroom clean, what more can you ask for at the very reasonable price. The big pluses at this Travelodge are the staff - Christine particularily helpful - and the free parking (unusual for a town/city centre hotel). Even if there is no room immediately outside the hotel, the alternative free parking at the Next store next door, is still closer thqn parking at some large posher hotels.

Travelodge at Maidstone has been fantastic, the staff are amazing especially Lisa who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The rooms were nice and clean and I had a lovely view of the river, I would definitely recommend. Thank you
