Very good service over all very happy staffs friendly

Couldn't sort an early check out easily. Was expected to call up the morning of arrival which was inconvenient having come off a night shift. I don't know why they couldn't accept my request so I knew it was accepted and I could plan my timings to leave from London. Also they made us aware of potential noise due to refurbishments. 8am drilling occurred. Ok, they made us aware. What I was a bit annoyed about was they emailed the night before to make us aware. What was I supposed to do at that point considering I had already planned my weekend based on my location at this hotel?

great bed so great sleep and breakfast was good too. central to town so easy to get into town and had plenty of parking bays too. would recommend it to my friends and family. easy to get to the motorway and the rooms were very clean too.

I visited with my daughter and had cooked breakfast on the 9th March 2024. I visit regularly and I consistently receive outstanding service from the staff. In particular Krisztina has demonstrated professionalism on every single occasion not with us but with everyone else she assists . Also Aisha also assisted us on the day in question and it seems that the staff in Maidstone are consistently just fantastic- can’t fault them. Just wanted to say a huge thank you and I hope premiere inn looks after these guys well as these guys are a great representatives / asset to your business!

Might as well stayed on a building site as there was building works going on, hotel only informed me the day before leaving me no option to book alternative accommodation, mould around the windows, no independent parking so had to pay £7 to park for the night and room only had one towel. Would advise to stay elsewhere

Told staff no one care - the smell ruined mine and my wife's night sleep - were unable to open the window for fresh air.. was forced to block the door to stop the smell.. Told staff no one cares email told customer service via email no reply.

I really enjoyed staying at this Premier Inn. It felt very homely and the staff was outstanding in making sure that I had everything that I needed. Breakfast was an all you can eat buffet, to which I took advantage off. I didn't need anymore to eat until the evening. The room was dated but I noticed that the hotel was undergoing a refurbishment. So I will definitely be coming back here when I'm in the area.

Brilliant hotel for an even better price! Very well situated close to the town centre (but far enough away to avoid drunks passing by at night) as was only a 15 minute walk to the main high street. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and kids eating free is always a bonus!

Not good to get to hotel heavy traffic on all sides of hotel dice with death trying to cross roads. Not enough staff on site. Have bar menu but haven't got a lot of it.food ony average staff trying to do there best not there fault.
