Days Inn by Wyndham Maidstone

Great service from the friendly staff, the hotel is a tad tired and the rooms do not have aircon. Nevertheless, for the price you cannot fault it.

POOR STAY! once again rude staff who do not want to help other than Amanda the manager. even then, we did not get the service we wanted.

A lovely welcome. Quick to register the car. No lift unfortunately but there are only two floors. The room is large and clean. Bed was comfortable. No air conditioning but a fan was available. It’d be great to have power next to the bed. I’d stay overnight again.

Always clean and tidy and the staff cant do enough. Great stay for ferry crossings

“Hotel is next to the highway. No one cleaned the room for 5 days. There is no road to the train station. Taxis don’t come. I will never stay here again.”

As a disabled lone traveller, I was disappointed that there was a Bath and shower rather than just a shower. I had to take a bath at 3.30am as I was so cold and then struggled to get out again by myself and with no means of calling for help. At that point, I couldn’t work out how to use the shower and my hands were not strong enough to press the button on the tap to alter it so my bath was also lukewarm. Everything else was fine thanks.

The room was sparse and not inviting but for a single night to stay seemed ok. The shower was ok and the hairdryer would have benefitted from a note on it's use but when I eventually worked it out it was fine. The beds were very shakey and didn't feel very secure when rolling over in them. They felt as though they were going to break.
