Days Inn by Wyndham Maidstone

“Hotel is next to the highway. No one cleaned the room for 5 days. There is no road to the train station. Taxis don’t come. I will never stay here again.”

As a disabled lone traveller, I was disappointed that there was a Bath and shower rather than just a shower. I had to take a bath at 3.30am as I was so cold and then struggled to get out again by myself and with no means of calling for help. At that point, I couldn’t work out how to use the shower and my hands were not strong enough to press the button on the tap to alter it so my bath was also lukewarm. Everything else was fine thanks.

Very nice stay service was good and room was clean and lovely staff

Good spacious room, good reception staff. Good outside food and shopping amenities.

Not very good for a peaceful rest, it is also a touch stop and all you can here is the constant noise from the engine all night long, the condition of bath in room 22 is atrocious and unhygienic .cracked tiles which breed bacteria the drain plug was full of human hair . All together not the best although the price is fair . Dissatisfied and disappointed.

When we first arrived past 3pm we walked inside and we couldn't even sort out check in because the shutters were still down, so had us and other people waiting around for them to sort everyone out for check in and we wasn't the only ones waiting, when we managed to get checked in the room, there were a few bugs flying around the room and a few mosquitos, which ended up being bitten twice! There was noise through the night so kept waking up as seems you can hear everything in them rooms, soon I managed to get my head down we ended up getting waken up by a (false) firealarm at around 8:30 to 9:00am which all I got told by the receptionist is that it was a false alarm!, also sounded like there was loads of kids outside our room running up and down so by then we just ended up leaving the room and checking out early. Not a pleasant stay thats for sure.
