Self check-in, instructions will be sent by 10am the day of check-in. We've made an extra effort to ensure everything is sanitized, especially high touched surfaces. The place is easy to move around. It was designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Very cozy and spacious studio room. Washer and Dryer available right outside of the guesthouse. Before booking please be aware of these rules: Check-in time for same day bookings that are reserved after 12:00pm may vary. Checking out at after 11:30 am will result in a $50 fee. Please try to check-out on time. There is absolutely no smoking in the unit. Any trace of smoking that is detected in the unit after your stay will be subjected to a $150 fee.
