The service was good. The only thing is that the walls were really thin and we could hear everything from the other rooms.

My friend and I enjoyed the location, central and quiet, very close to both the airport and the beach. There is a paid spa service, gym and swimming pool free to all. As for meals, various choices, the only flaw being dinner, drinks excluded as well as just water.

There were ants in the room, but other than that everything was good! Breakfast and dinner were also delicious :) Next time I go to Mallorca, I want to go to this hotel!

The food was excellent 👌.
The stuff was perfect and very friendly.
The room was little bit old.
The cleaning was not perfect, the take just the surfaces that the people can see.
But in the corner or hidden places the cleaning is not so good.
The spa in the hotel cost you money. So the only pool wicg is free is very small.
The bicycle 🚲 cost you money to hire.
In the dinner the drink is not included.
Very close to the beach.

It was okay fridge in room not working room not cleaned second day my friends room problem with electrics staff okay not very friendly or helpful difficult for my friend to get to restaurant as no ramp and lots of steps for disabled guests pool area great roof terrace bar staff excellent

Over all a very good hotel, i spend 10 nights and nothing to complain about in part of one incidents with a lady from the reception. We came in the lobby as we all do with our bikes to get keys and info. She literally was rude, talking loud to us in the lobby on front of other clients. Even the bar staff was choked. Totaly unnecessary. She as nothing to do in the service industry.
