The resort tried to charge me extra money for my kids stay as Trip.com did not communicate 4 people but 2. We showed paperwork as proof and Trip customer service called and it wasn’t enough despite paperwork saying 2 kids and 2 adults. They wanted to charge me another $800 for my kids stay after I already paid. Trip asked I pay and they’d reimburse me but I didn’t trust anyone and it sounded too good to be true. One of these two screwed up and almost ruined my vacation. Hotel “figured it out” and made the problem go away but I don’t know who was at fault. Hotel staff were amazing, location was amazing, food was good for breakfast and crazy expensive for dinners. They tried to stick me in a smoking room and told me they were full, later they found another room for us that was much better. The issues were solved but this was disappointing experience on Iberostar reservations team and trip.com.

Air con all disabled, pools freezing and more vending machines than staff. Food in the restaurant was pretty decent however We came for 4 days, booked a junior suite with a sea view- horrendous over aeration of a room category. Call up reception to ask why air con not working - get a call back to say it’s not warm enough yet and it’s all disabled… Pools are literally colder that the sea and sub 70 degrees If you breathe outside of the all inclusive it’s an extra, towels, juices for kids, there are vending machines everywhere and nowhere for a snack past 7pm Food in restaurant was good quality, nice variations and well presented. Wines are all a bit raspy to drink- stick to water/ imported spirits Asked for 1hr late check out and €55 bill Cracking beach and bay, staff just don’t care about anything- shame could be a great location. Won’t rush back here

The hotel is really lovely and it’s made amazing by the staff. Very family friend. My kids didn’t want to leave. I had several requests and the staff made conscious efforts to meet all of my demand. Food was amazing as well. Direct access to a quiet beach

We had a lovely stay the hotel was lovely and they gave us a lovely room overlooking the pool and sea with a living area as well as bedroom with tv in each room and a kitchen and dining table as well as settee. The hotel and staff were brilliant and the place was spotless. We upgraded to star prestige for a day and that was nice but bar and snacks limited and also one area was closed off for maintenance. The views overlooking the sea was amazing from up there. we went all inclusive. THE FOOD People talk it up as Michelin quality food and amazing food,sorry to say I never seen much decent food,it was all stone cold and choice was very poor it was how I remember school dinners in primary school.We went out most days so ate out so we didn’t have to eat there too many times or went to the food truck. we have stopped at many 3 star hotels and the food here didn’t come even close to it. nothing was labelled so anybody with allergies would have no chance finding anything to eat. We spent more time at the food hut which was brilliant outside the sports bar where the food was cooked to order and of very good quality also the ice creams were lovely. Drink The drink was very good with many branded drinks (shame they didn’t have Malibu) The sports bar was a lovely relaxed environment with friendly people and staff and it’s a sun trap out the front of the hotel with lovely comfortable seating. We used to go to the beach bar but preferred the sports bar. Entertainment Wow I’ve never seen such awful acts on the stage I honestly thought it must have been 1 star Absolutely atrocious after 5 minutes we would go back to the pool bar as it was so bad. Been to 3 star hotels with so much more better entertainment. I will not call the animation team as they seemed very friendly and worked hard all day entertaining the kids but the actual acts coming in were very poor. Overall lovely hotel but wouldn’t come back but maybe try a different Iberostar hotel in the future. First impressions of the hotel is brilliant and it’s just a shame the food and entertainment wasn’t upto scratch in my honest opinion.

I had the most amazing experience at Iberostar Alcudia Park Hotel! The food was exquisite, offering a delightful array of flavors that catered to every palate. The location was simply fantastic, providing stunning views and easy access to the beach.
