It was a wonderful property.Giving the vibes of Goa with a luxury of Alila.the staff make you feel like royalty.I landed on the deep side of pool and needed help...the gaurdMr.Vabhav was prompt..the rest of the staff also were so caring

Was with my family on 17th of August for my grandfathers 90th birthday loved food the pool the rooms IRD and the service staff were sooo good food 9/10 . Mr. Pinto from vivo restaurant was very attentive Mr Barashan . Ad the asst f&b manager so sorry i didn't get your name. Thank u for the wonderful service love to come ❤️ back . My family loved the property .and the duty manager thanks for beautiful welcome

Our stay at Alila Resort was truly wonderful it felt like home, and we wished we could stay longer. The property’s serene natural beauty made it even more special. A big thank you to Ms. Cholre at reception for her warm welcome, property tour, and always assisting us with a smile. Our room had a stunning balcony view, and thanks to Anish and Ivon from housekeeping, it was always clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of healthy and Indian options. The restaurant team was amazing always helpful and smiling. Special thanks to Meenashi and Brenden. We also loved the delicious food and drinks at the pool bar. The friendly staff and excellent service made our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to return! Thanks to Alila team !!

The best stay I could experience with a world class hospitality team catering to you with a very personalised approach. The team is on their toes to ensure you have the best stay of your life and if they can make a difference between a good to a great experience. Denzel and the service team have done a great job making sure our stay was pleasant. Pastry chef Amit, his support team led by Sourav, Athungo, Sania, Raju and all the others made our days. The property is so well kept and the staff keeps up to their promise to give you a great ambience with attention to detail. Their turn around service is worth a special mention as each time you come back to the room it will be so well kept that you will feel that you just checked in.
