The rooms need some refurbishing, The staff is very polite and helpful specially Gaspar and Schobert. The views are brilliant and amazing connectivity to the beach. The food in the cafe is also very good! Overall a very good place just needs to look into details and upkeeping properly

Longuinhos Resort offers a truly unique getaway with stunning sea views and direct access to Colva Beach. The rooms are well-suited for a relaxing 2-3 day staycation, providing comfort and convenience. My child thoroughly enjoyed the lush garden, engaging play area, and refreshing pool within the property. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff’s warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—highly recommended for a memorable family vacation!

Disgusting hotel! Don't go by the pictures on their website, we got fooled based on that. On Google this is a 3 star hotel. I have no idea how they are a 3 star, because it does not have even one quality of a 3 star. For the price that they are charging, it is so badly kept. It's like a oyo room. Why would any one want to spend so much on a oyo type of room? There are cleaning things all over the corridors, rooms are so bad, bad bathrooms and nothing works. There was a horrible smell in both our rooms but they just wouldn't accept it. We had booked it for two nights. We just couldn't stay there. Since we reached late the first night, we had to adjust and stay but we decided to checkout immediately in the morning even though we wouldn't get refund, decided to extend our stay at the next hotel we had booked in north goa. In fact that was also a 3 star, Ramada vagator and we were stunned as soon as we got there. It was so luxurious and so so neat... Thats why I don't understand how longuinhos calls themselves a 3 star. Any way, they should call themselves a budget hotel if they are continue this way,not a 3 star. Also kindly don't go by the pictures posted by them.

Amazing sea view property at its best commercial value Would highly recommend this resort Even luxury resort don’t have sea view rooms properly Also best part Italians food , its very delicious and should definitely try OVER ALL VALUE FOR MONEY WITH GOOD MEMORIES.

Overall it is positive. Staff is co-operative. Here is my 2 cents. Positive: - Room is spacious . Dress dryer stand was given. Walking wardrobe is there. Overall it is good, except they gave me room which has more cockroaches that game nightmare to my son. - Food is good. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. - Location is good and Colva main beach is just 1 km away. - Provides good parking. - Good swimming pool. Negatives: - The property has old stuffs and if use it you might break your bone like me I failed from a broken/unmaintained swing. - Rooms are not cleaned properly. - Biggest negative point is, the beach side of this property has fishermen and fishing activity and they dry out the fish, which smells like hell. When you enter the property the smell is evident everywhere ( usually during day time). This leaves the backside beach access useless, i.e. while would someone go to the property side beach which smells yuck.
